We are based in Brooklyn, NY.

We work in Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, The Bronx, Nassau County, Suffolk County and Brooklyn. 

We specialize in interior and exterior painting, wallpaper installation, and home remodeling for co-ops, condos, townhomes and commercial spaces as well as other services.

Yes, we are fully licensed with $1M+ liability insurance.

Yes, we will provide a W9 form to the client upon the client’s request.

Quotes and Consultations

We provide you with a quote after an on-site consultation.

We are currently not providing online estimates or quotes. 

No for the moment; site visit recommended for accuracy.

Yes, our consultations are free within a 15km range from our location.

We assess your space, measure the area and discuss needs and plan for the project to provide an accurate quote.

After the initial visit, we send you the proposal via email, text or both.

Project Acceptance

Read our terms and conditions and if you agree with the price, scope of work and T&C, proceed to sign the contract or click the ‘Approve’ button on the digital proposal. 

We adjust quotes promptly. We don’t apply any fee for updating the contract, just add the price adjustment for the work added to the scope of work if it is needed.

Contract

Room size, surface condition, paint quality, wallpaper type, and access.

We can not proceed as long as you approve the contract, meaning that you agree with our Terms and Conditions.

We included all the labor and materials needed.

Payments

50% deposit, and 50% on completion.

Venmo, Zelle, check, bank transfer, cash or card (+3% fee).

No, we don’t offer any financing.

Yes! We offer *free, no-obligation estimates* for all Brooklyn and NYC residents. Your quote includes a detailed breakdown of labor, materials and details.

Cleanliness is our top priority. Before we open a single can of paint, we cover all floors, furniture, and fixtures with high-resistance plastic, precision tape, and heavy-duty drop cloths. 

Timelines depend on the square footage and wall condition. Since every project is unique, completion times may vary, but we provide a firm delivery date before any work begins

We never paint over damage. Our expert crew handles all *pre-painting repairs*, including patching cracks, sanding imperfections, and applying moisture-resistant sealants

Absolutely. All our services come with a *Satisfaction Guarantee*. If you notice any imperfections we will return to check out the problem. Your peace of mind is our priority.

It is not necessary, provided we have secure access to the area. Our team is fully *vetted, professional, and trusted* by homeowners across the city. 

We’ll provide trend catalogs and apply small test swatches on your walls so you can see how the tones shift with your specific lighting before we commit to the full project.

  • Matte: Ideal for ceilings and walls with imperfections.
  • Satin/Semi-gloss: Recommended for kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways, as it is highly washable and stain-resistant.
  • Gloss: Excellent for doors and moldings due to its high durability.

Cancellation

The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation or change of dates by clients, in the case of cancellation of a project, we require that all clients inform us MORE than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the total price. If a project is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, 85% of the client's deposit will be refunded.

BKNY Interiors has 1-3 days to make a refund, if the deadline is not met BKNY Interiors must return the refund in full.

Scheduling Project

The project can start 12 hours after the approval of the contract and the payment of the deposit if needed, but we recommend scheduling the start of the project 1-2 days after the confirmation of the job.  

We rescheduled with no fee, make sure to do it with at least 12 hours notice. 

Project Stages

  • 1. Cover and moving furniture,
  • 2. Prep (sanding/taping),
  • 3. Priming,
  • 4. Painting/Wallpaper, 5. Cleanup/Inspection.

Sanding, patching holes, taping, priming for flawless results.

1-2 days per room. 1-2 weeks for a full apartment or small house.

During Project

Drop cloths, floor protection and plastic sheeting.

  1. Yes, but we recommend vacating for fumes; pets/kids supervised.
  1. Weather or supply issues; we notify 24h ahead and reschedule promptly.

After Project

Touch-dry 1-2h; full cure 7-30 days. We advise 24h ventilation.

Schedule free within 7 days.

We fix issues free within 7 days; escalation to owner review if needed.

Yes, we inspect together; sign-off before final payment.
